Pickup
Pickup is strictly allowed for the time slots you picked during the order. Please help us manage social distancing by taking advantage of the time slots made during your order. If you must change this after the order, Please call the restaurant to request for a change at 613-594-4545.
Delivery
DELIVERIES: 3 PM (FRI – SUN), 4PM (MON – THU) & WITHIN 20 KM RADIUS OF THE RESTAURANT
Delivery is only within the immediate radius of 20 km from the restaurant location. For deliveries outside this area, Please contact the restaurant directly before placing an order. There may be additional delivery charges in some cases.
Payment
Due to the custom order, we require full payment at time of order. All taxes and delivery charges (if any) are extra on all orders. All funds on our website are in CAD.
Order cancellation, returns & refunds
Do to the general nature of the food orders, we do not do any returns. We do not provide any refunds on delivered products. We will replace anything deemed our mistake or any other issues with the food items.
Online orders that are placed for same-day “pickup” or “delivery” are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Online orders placed for a future day and/or time may be cancelled and the amount paid for them may be fully refunded via the same method of payment originally used until 5 hours prior to a future designated “pickup” or “delivery” time, after which they become non-cancellable and non-refundable.
